2. Physical Products (Hardcopy Books and Other Items)

2.1 Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for physical products, such as hardcopy books. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Downloadable software products and digital content
  • Online courses
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

2.3 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2.4 Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
